At the height of the pandemic, physicians achieved what no one believed was possible. Some say, we did 20 years of innovation in 20 days. Given this momentum, it is time for the C-suite and physicians to ensure we are rewarding what is now the laser focus of our physician’s contribution to the organization’s success (i.e., productivity, patient outcomes, patient experiences, collaboration, mental health etc.)
