Brian Kadota

THREE-SIXTY ADVISORY GROUP

Brian is an Associate with the firm and is focused on tracking and researching emerging best practices, trends and innovation across the ecosystem of the healthcare industry. Brian works as an integral member of the client delivery team as strategies are developed and implemented for mature healthcare organizations and innovative start-up companies. In addition, he is responsible for all logistics in the design, coordination, and facilitation of Three-Sixty Advisory Group’s DesignShop™.

Brian’s interest in leading edge healthcare strategies and innovation began when he was as a student of our founder and CEO, John Nackel and continued as an intern with the firm before becoming an Associate.

Prior to joining Three-Sixty Advisory Group, Brian played an integral part in transitioning to the IDX electronic medical record system for Lakeside Medical Group. As a super user of IDX EMR, he learned multiple templates and functions of the new system. He trained physicians, nurses, and front office staff as well as provided daily technical support to ensure physicians and nurses were comfortable using IDX EMR. He also streamlined the scanning, storing, and elimination of thousands of paper medical records.

He has a MAS in the Leadership of Healthcare Organizations from the University of California, San Diego, and a BA in Political Science with a concentration on Law and Society, from California State University, Northridge. Brian has a strong passion for life long learning, problem solving and research as well as transferring that knowledge to others.
